2017-2018 KEHA Reports – It is the final call for KEHA Area reports! The deadline was September 15, 2018. If you are an area leader and have not yet sent your report, please do so as soon as possible. Be sure to use the forms dated 2017-2018. Fillable PDF files are available on the reports page. Electronic submissions are quick, easy and save time. Area Chairman can submit the area reports electronically at this link
KEHA Week – Counties are encouraged to celebrate KEHA Week October 14-20, 2018! A new page has been added to the KEHA website with a planning worksheet, celebration suggestions, a sample proclamation and more. Find the new page at www.keha.org in the “Quick Links” section.
2019 KEHA State Meeting - Mark your calendars for the 2019 KEHA State Meeting to be held May 14-16 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Louisville. The lodging room block is open for reservations. The room rate is $114 per night + tax for standard rooms and $139 to $189 + tax for suites. To reserve by phone, call 1-888-233-9527 and request the KEHA rate. Reservations may also be made online, and the link is posted on the KEHA website State Meeting page.
2019 KEHA State Meeting – Learning Session Proposals – Learning session proposals for the 2019 KEHA State Meeting are due by October 15 to Sharon Wood, KEHA 1st Vice President, 11 Cindy Ann Avenue, Campbellsville, KY 42718. The form is in the KEHA Manual Appendix . KEHA members are encouraged to consider presenting a learning session at the state meeting next year!
KEHA VSU Program Enhancements – On July 1st, enhancements to KEHA’s Volunteer Service Unit Program took effect. A new feature story on the website provides an overview and additional information about these changes. Resources available include a 17-minute video overview, a handout outlining the changes and the full description of the VSU program. Customizable Brochure – Jennifer Williams, KEHA Marketing and PR Chairman, has drafted a new customizable KEHA brochure for use by counties. The brochure allows counties to add your specific information to the back panel. The PDF files are available via the Marketing & Recruiting tab on the KEHA website. Two versions are posted – one has a white background and will use less ink in printing. The alternate has a textured background that adds an attractive graphic element.
