The Kentucky Extension Homemakers Association will hold their annual state meeting May 7-9, 2018 at the Crowne Plaza in Louisville. Each KEHA county organization who submitted annual dues prior to the December 31st deadline is eligible to have two voting delegates represent the county membership at the business meeting.

As outlined in the organization’s bylaws, candidate credentials for the state elections as well as proposed amendment to the articles and bylaws are to be made available to delegates prior to the business meeting. The advanced information packet is available at this link.

Voting delegates will need to sign-in at state meeting and pick-up their final voting delegate packets before the business meeting.  The KEHA Business Meeting will take place Tuesday, May 8, at 10:00 a.m. in Crowne Ballroom A.  Voting delegates should be seated in the special reserved section, and chairs will be designated by county.
